Recsea G5 X Now Available!

The G5 X is the latest Canon G Series camera, fist ever with a full featured 2.36 million dot electonic viewfinder and large 1" sensor with 20.2 MP resolution. The Recsea WHC-G5X housing pairs perfectly with this camera, fitting it like a glove and offering full control, including viewfinder use. Made from high quality aluminum, this housing offers secure o-ring seals and works great for diving and snorkeling.

The housing features new improvements such as the extended shutter lever for easier focusing on the camera, a M67 threaded port that accepts most wet lenses without adapters, improved o-ring seal for the removable port and optional Airlock Vacuum system.

New Optional Vacuum Seal:

Removeable Port for Best Wide Angle:

Like the previous G15 and 16 housings from Recsea the G5 X features a removable port. This is a rare feature on a compact camera and allows you to shoot the widest angle possible when you change the port for the Recsea adapter and UWL-04 Fisheye lens. There is also an adapter that is compatible with the Inon UWL-H100 lenses for great wide angle. 

Wet Lens Selections:

The Canon G5X camera with the 24-100mm lens may vignette with some wet wide angle lenses.
