Sony has recently unveiled their new Sony A7R III which offers a 42.4 megapixel full frame sensor packed in a small body.  The camera boasts its performance, versatility and photo & video quality. Nauticam has always been known to produce top quality aluminum underwater housings and is designed to have great ergonomics. 

Key Features:

• Patented Port Locking Lever - The locking lever has become a signature of the Nauticam brand. No twisting or threading action is required to mount a port, and it locks securely in place with this lever. 
• Integrated Vacuum Monitoring and Leak Detection - Provides constant monitoring of water tight integrity when combined with an optional Nauticam M14 Vacuum Valve II.
• Front Vacuum Reset Button - a front reset button located in front of the housing has been placed to easily reset the vacuum and would not need to open the back of the housing.
• Housing Locking Latches - Easy to use housing closure system, requiring very little hand strength to operate, secures the housing back in place. The latches are safely locked to prevent accidental opening, but are easy to open when needed for a quick battery or memory card change.
• Mission Controls - Nauticam is known to provide great orgonomics.  Button placement has been well thought off, and make it easy to operate and navigate.
• Ergonomic Rubberized Handles with Stainless Steel Support Brackets - Rubberized handles and oversized controls are easy to operate even when wearing thick cold water gloves. Handle support brackets are included with the housing, providing a solid "wobble free" attachment base to shoot from, even with heavy lighting systems.
• Tripod Mounting Balls - Mounting points for three industry standard 1" mounting balls are machined directly into the bottom of to the housing, eliminating the need for accessory brackets to attach tripod legs.

Changes Made on the New Version:

• Decreased the number of dials from 3 to 2
• Increased the size of the dials for easy operation even with gloves.
• Added an additional M16 bulkhead port which videographers would benefit for adding a monitor to their rig.
