I travel around the world several times a year for business and when I am lucky I can extend a dive trip on the back end. I was very reluctant paying that much money on a rolling bag. My most expensive bag when I travel is less than half this price, but after spending a lot on housing, strobes, etc. why was I going to be cheap now when I needed to protect my investment. I still had some buyer regrets when I got home, but when I took it on my first trip, I realized that it was worth the money. The quality is exceptional as they say, "you get what you pay for". The luggage has all kinds of TSA locks hidden away, the zippers are strong, padding is great, but the best part is actually rolling this bag around at the airport on tile, moving walkways, etc. I hate my other luggage because sometimes it is hard to roll and you can hear me a mile away. Not with this Thinktank, it rolls smoothly and quietly. In fact many times I put my other roller on top or attach it cause it is much easier to roll.

My only complaint is that it is not an inch or two longer/wider. It holds my rig which is the Sea and Sea Housing for a Canon T3i, arms with floats, two Sea and Sea YS-D1 strobes, batteries, chargers but that is it and I have to squeeze to make it fit so I have to carry a camera bag for the lens, dome port or macro port. The rolling bag carries either port but just one at a time.

I recently purchased this Thinktank travel bag for my new dive camera system. It was recommended by the folks at Bluewater and I must say I was extremely pleased with the product. The bag is stable - secure - and extremely flexible. It was so nice to 'roll' it through the airport with my backpack on top of it. All the 'systems' of the bag are solid and I found the quality excellent.

If you have a 2-strobe system, you may need to get creative with your storage - but this system housed my camera - dive housing - strobe & arms - and all accessories very nicely!

I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a 'dive camera' transport system.

This bag holds a lot of camera equipement. Lots of nice add ons, like the locking system and laptop holder. Sturdy wheels but the extendable handle is a little flimsy when the bag is weighted with gear.
This is why I would take off a star. It does fit in any overhead as advertised.

Perfect travel bag.

This thing's a perfect travel bag. It comfortably holds my housing, dome port, Canon camera, 24mm lens, and two two small strobes with arms and chords. It fits easily into the overhead compartment and the wheels seems rugged. The only negative, and it's arguable since you'll probably have a second carry on, is there isn't much exterior pocket storage.
