I'm using micro 4/3 system and this bag accompanies me all the way from storing the camera for "winter", international transfers, in hotel rooms while I'm preparing the system, while taking it to a boat, up until post-production, when I take out my laptop from the back compartment. For 4/3 systems, it's really an allrounder that won't let you down in any situation and it's versatile enough for all kind of photography, as it also has tripod straps available.
For me, it holds my micro 4/3 camera, it's housing, YS-D1 strobe with arms and clamps, batteries, chargers, some wet lenses, cables, maintenance kit, documentation, 13'' laptop with enough space for one more strobe and dry lens.
If you use underwater dslr system with many additional toys, you'd need a bigger transporting device.
