"I am one extremely satisfied customer of Bluewater Photo. Scott and his crew have not only been extremely supportive in helping with all of my underwater camera needs, they have done what one their manufactures would not in backing up what they sell. I purchased a housing (but not the camera) from Bluewater Photo and the housing flooded, ruining the camera. It turned out that the housing was defective and the manufacturer (with Scott's intervention) replaced it with a new unit. However, the manufacturer refused to pay for or replace the new camera that their defective housing ruined. Scott, with absolutely no pressure from me, insisted that he pay for the ruined camera. I repeatedly told him it was not his fault but he would not take no for an answer. What more can you say about a retailer taking care of his clients?

"I've been an avid underwater photographer for nearly a decade, shooting with Olympus point and shoots (sp550 and c7070) for the majority of that time. While I was extremely happy with those cameras (and still use them from time to time), I decided that I wanted to try something new. So, a few months ago, I began the search for a new dSLR system. However, I had no idea where I should start. Thank goodness for Scott, Mark and the team at Bluewater Photo. They made my transition to the Canon 7D so smooth!
