"You guys are so professional and kind.  I worked in a dive shop for 14 years and now I am an accountant.  (dive world much better)  With that said, I know, first hand, the employee's personalities I came across working in the dive shop 90% of the time.  The " I really can't be bothered attitude" or " I know everything, you are lucky you are in my space attitude" or " the I just sold you a boat load of gear but I can't remember who you are"  Well I went to a large dive shop in my home town only to be reminded of all the attitudes,( even when I spend a lot of money there ).  I came home frustrated thinking nothing much had changed and being overwhelmed with my camera equipment........Then I called the shop I purchased my equipment from (Blue Water Photo) and asked for Scott (owner). He wasn't there, but Kelli said "I have time to talk to you before I get off work and maybe I can help you" I asked questions and I am sure she could tell I was frustrated, but she was kind, didn't make me feel stupid and knew all the answers.  Quickly she suggested we talk over video chat so she could see my camera and any troubles I was having.  When we were done, Scott got the word that I was looking for him and called me after he had already gotten off work and on his way to pick up his child!  Again after his family duties were over that night he called again to help with some other camera issues.  NOW THAT'S customer service!  He was an amazing teacher over the phone and it took just a short time and I was on my way to Kona, confident and happy.  I HIGHLY recommend Blue Water Photo Store for anything you need.  I will never go anywhere else for camera equipment and I am going to pass the word on to everyone I know.

"So i wanted to take the time and write about how grateful i am for the personal time and
effort you give your customers! You're renown underwater photographers, experienced
teachers and then .......you just happen to run a store! Your uwphotographyguide.com website alone shows how committed you are in teaching us newbies and really giving us the confidence to succeed.....now and days its hard to find people who are not trying to sell you everything and then drop you! I know i will always have a place to ask questions/suggestionsto get better at this art......without worrying about buying something! haha
