Seller Ships
When you sell gear with Bluewater, you ship directly to the buyer and the buyer pays for shipping! Bluewater Photo provides you with a label.
Buyer and Seller Protection
Buyers can return unused equipment in identical condition within 10 days. Sellers receive credit within 45 days of a sale.
Bluewater Facilitates
Bluewater Photo will monitor the marketplace to ensure equipment is appropriately described and to answer any questions a buyer may have.

Bluewater Photo will send you and email when your product is listed and sold!
Please inform Bluewater Photo immediately. Failure to do so can result in suspension from the program.
Payment will be distributed to the Seller within 45 days of the expired return window in the form of Bluewater Photo store credit. Bluewater Photo will deduct 25% of the list price from the credit as a listing fee.
Yes! Buyer can return item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If item(s) are not returned in the condition they were sold, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer up to a 15% restocking fee.
You may use Bluewater Photo credit for any of the items we sell except our trips and photoworkshops.

At Bluewater Photo, we will do everything we can to fight fraud. However, this program is not 100% fraud proof. We are not responsible for the condition of the used gear, issues during shipping, and behavior of the seller/buyer. However, we do have strict rules to use this program, as ourlined in our sign up form above, and reserve the right to ban sellers from the program.
