The KRL-06S +23 "Kraken Pro Series" produces tack-sharp macro images with max magnigication of 4.2x with 105mm f2.8 lens and focusing range of 27mm-36mm.  This is best suited for your supermacro needs. More magnification can oftentimes be better, and the new +23 rates higher than most of the existing diopters on the market.
