Air Time Remaining (ATR)
When you use the Air Time Remaining function, it determines your maximum amount of time underwater by taking into account your present depth, tank pressure, breathing rate, ascent time, and decompression state. The ProPlus 4 shows both cylinder pressure and ATR on a numerical bar graph. At any moment, you can see ATR in large numbers by pressing a button.

Dive Time Remaining
"Real" minutes of diving time are provided by Dive Time Remaining. Whichever of ATR, nitrogen, and oxygen absorption takes the least amount of time as shown by this computation. You have the option to activate the ProPlus 4 automatically or by pressing a button when it detects water. Easy verification of operation and cylinder pressure is a perk of push-button activation, but if you ever forget or just don't want to activate your computer, you can always just jump in the water.

Audible Alarms and Warning Lights
To help you stay safe or just remember important things, the ProPlus 4 comes with a range of system and user-customizable sound alarms. When was the last time you had trouble hearing the sound of your computer's alarm? The brief beep that warned you of an impending danger may have been timed to coincide with the rapid passage of several enormous exhaust bubbles. As that enormous manta ray sailed above, perhaps it appeared little. The ProPlus 4 has an audible alarm that you will not miss. The alarm will ring nonstop for ten seconds once it is triggered. Whatever you're thinking, Oceanic understands. It's great that the alert will be audible, but won't it bother everyone in the water, including me? You need to look at the computer, and the alarm will do just that. When it finishes, you can stop it by pressing the button. Oceanic recognizes that you are an ethical diver and treats you accordingly. Just in case you really want to take that picture that won an award, go ahead and exceed your pre-set maximum depth alarm by a couple of feet!

Choose the Right Algorithm for your Dive
Pelagic Z+ offers a conservative approach to recreational diving or maximized bottom time for deep and decompression dives, maximizing dive times at depth without excessive penalties. Pelagic DSAT safely maximizes dive times for repetitive, multi-level recreational diving.

Lens Cover
Lens protector supplied with the Proplus 4.0 computer includes a clear covering on the back that must be removed before it is installed on the module’s lens. It also comes with a brown covering on the opposite side, that too must be removed prior to use.
