The Sony FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS Lens is the first alpha lens to cover this zoom range up to 800mm offering wildlife and nature photographers an incredible lens. As part of the G Series, it bridges the gap between G and GM lenses, delivering premium quality at a more accessible price point. Key features include an internal zoom mechanism for enhanced functionality, dual linear motors for fast and precise autofocus, and Optical SteadyShot stabilization with three modes for superior image stability. Additionally, the lens incorporates a focus limiter and three focus hold buttons for greater control, along with a fixed, rotating tripod foot to ensure sharp, stable shots.

For the best performance and results, we suggest pairing this lens with one of Sony's professional camera bodies, either the Sony A1 II or the Sony A9 III. Even some of the older mirrorless cameras, such as the Sony A7RV will work very well.
